The skill writes drafts. A qualified lawyer has to review every draft before you use it.

  • Not legal advice. The drafts, annotations and open points are not legal advice, and using the skill creates no lawyer and client relationship.
  • Law as of 20 October 2026. Statutes, regulations, guidance and case law change. Every hand-over states this date; check what changed since then before you rely on a draft.
  • Limited coverage. The skill does not cover the national law of EU member states other than Germany beyond the EU directives and regulations, the law of the United Kingdom, US states outside its state matrix, sector rules such as HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS or financial services law, or employment law. When a request touches one of these, the skill says so and lists it as an open point.
  • Your facts decide the result. The drafts follow the facts you give. A wrong or missing fact changes the outcome; the open points list what the skill could not decide without more information.
  • No warranty. The skill is provided under the Apache License 2.0 "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, and with the limitation of liability in sections 7 and 8 of that license.
